Lien filing records now carry a lien_amount field, capturing the monetary amount associated with a filing.

For tax liens, the amount reflects the total figure stated on the filing.

Integration impact: additive. lien_amount appears on lien filing responses where an amount could be extracted and is omitted otherwise, no integration changes required.
