Starts a fresh verification of the person behind a principal_ref from the fields their current verification recorded — nothing is collected from you and no stored field is echoed back. Verification runs asynchronously exactly like a direct submission: the request is accepted with a 202 and a submission id — poll GET /identity_submissions/{submission_id} or subscribe to the OnboardingSession.completed webhook. The reference survives re-verification; on completion the new verification supersedes the old one.
