# Last Annual Report Date on Registrations

Registrations now include the date of the business's most recent annual report with the Secretary of State. \
Every registration returned by `GET /businesses/{id}`, `GET /businesses/{id}/registrations` and `GET /registrations/{id}` now carries `last_annual_report_date` (for example `2026-04-15`).

A business that stops filing annual reports may have stopped operating, often before the state changes its status. That makes this date a useful freshness signal next to the registration's status.

Where the state publishes the date a report was filed, that is the date returned. Where the state publishes only the next due date or the period a report covers, the date is our best estimate of when the report was filed. The field is `null` when the state publishes neither, or the registration has not filed a report yet.

In the console, each Secretary of State filing shows a new **Last Annual Filing** row under **Date Filed**.

No integration changes required.
